Hello and welcome to my website! I write plays, screenplays and audio drama.
My work includes includes: Tremolo (Illumine, Theatr Genedlaethol), The Order of the Object (Theatr Clwyd), The Merthyr Stigmatist (Sherman/Theatre Uncut) and 2023 (Illumine). My plays have been staged by leading new writing theatre companies including: Dirty Protest, The Miniaturists and PopUp Theatrics (NYC).
My work has been produced at: The Barbican, The Other Room, The Sherman, Wales Millennium Centre, Chapter Arts, Theatre 503, The Arcola, TACT Studio (Broadway NYC), The Arches, Bridewell Theatre London, Martin E Segal Theater (NYC).
I have developed work with The Traverse, The Sherman and The Young Vic. I am currently a writer in residence at Theatr Clwyd and a member of the inaugural BAFTA Connect scheme (2022-25).

My lockdown short play Medical Advances for Keep On Writing 20 is available to watch here. I am currently developing a new play, supported by the Peggy Ramsay Foundation as well as developing other projects for stage and screen. I co-run Illumine Theatre with director Zoë Waterman and have spoken on various panels regarding feminism and theatre and also science and theatre, notably giving a talk for TEDx. I have written for The Guardian on theatre and have contributed to BBC Radio 4's The World at One as well as Front Row.

I previously worked as a news journalist and my work has appeared extensively in regional and national newspapers. I have also written prose articles for Bare Fiction magazine, interviewing other writers and creatives.
My poetry has been published in the following magazines: Aesthetica, Borderlines, Coffee House, Dream Catcher, Iota, Magma, Orbis, Poetry Salzburg, Prole, Raw Edge, The Black Rose, The Haiku Quarterly, The New Writer, The Reader, Toasted Cheese (US) and Words-Myth. My prose has also been published in Orbis. My short story Egypt is available to purchase in an anthology of the 2014 Rhys Davies short story competition called Catch of the Day.
