Below is some information on my more recent plays. I am currently developing a new piece with Illumine Theatre as well as researching a new play, supported by the Peggy Ramsay Foundation.

My play The Merthyr Stigmatist (shortlisted for the inaugral Theatre Uncut political playwriting award) premiered at the Sherman Theatre in 2021, directed by Emma Callender, in a co-production with Theatre Uncut. It was released digitally owing to Covid-19. The script is available here from Nick Hern Books.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ "a fascinating critique of both the religious and the secular" - Get the Chance

My play The Order of the Object was staged at Theatr Clwyd in 2021, as part of Curtain Up, the theatre's celebration of the return to the live. It was directed by Tamara Harvey.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️1/2 "[a] stunning new play" - Get the Chance

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ "a morality tale for the Black Mirror generation" - Buzz

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ "one of the most interesting pieces of theatre I'd seen in a long time" - Quench

My play 2023 was staged at Chapter, Cardiff in 2018, launching Illumine Theatre. Wales Arts Review called it "wonderfully written". It was directed by Zoë Waterman. More information on the production - post-show talks, interviews with the cast - can be found here. Extracts from the play were performed at The Barbican in 2019, after Illumine was invited to bring them to Fertility Fest.
